Know all men by these present that I William B Torrence do make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. I give and bequeath to my son Hiram W Torrence one span of horses and one sat double harness and to my wife Nancy Torrence all the balance of my estate both real and personal during the term of her life after which her death to be divided equally among all my children and I hereby appoint my son Hiram W Torrence and my wife Nancy Torrence executors of this my last will and testament.
